WanderNote is a free web application that allows users to log their travels and upload media files. It integrates with Google Sheets for metadata and Google Drive for media storage, ensuring that all user data is stored on their own Google accounts.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use WanderNote, you must have a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use WanderNote in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

WanderNote and its content are owned by 3 G International. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to WanderNote. By using the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Your content is stored on your own Google Sheets and Drive, and you are responsible for managing it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use WanderNote for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app.
• Spam or harass other users.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to WanderNote at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using WanderNote at any time. To remove the app's access to your Google account, please revoke permissions through your Google account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WanderNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 G International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WanderNote.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by other means.
